Edyhillz Real Estate ("Edyhillz", "we") operates this property listing and inquiry platform. If you have questions about this policy or the data we hold about you, contact us at info@edyhillzrealestate.com.

02Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register, plus your role if you are invited as a publisher or administrator.
Profile details you choose — such as a phone number, saved in your workspace settings.
Inquiries and messages — the name, email, phone, and message content you submit on a listing or through the contact page, so we can reply and keep the conversation history.
Viewing requests — preferred dates, times, and any note you add when booking a property viewing.
Workspace activity — favorites and comparison lists linked to your account.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used to keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

03How we use your information

To operate your account, keep you signed in, and secure the platform.
To answer inquiries, arrange viewings, and deliver the consultation you ask for.
To show your saved properties and comparison lists when you return.
To notify you about replies to your inquiries and viewing updates.
To meet legal obligations and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your inquiry content for advertising.

04Cookies and how to control them

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use two kinds:

Essential cookies — required for sign-in, security tokens, and remembering your session. These cannot be switched off.
Optional cookies and local storage — help us understand how the workspace is used so we can improve it.

When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies, and you can change that choice at any time using "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

05Google services

We use Google Maps and Google Places to display accurate locations:

Listing pages may embed a Google Map of the property area. When you open a listing, Google may set its own cookies or process your IP address to serve the map.
Address search in our property forms is powered by Google Places. Search terms you type there are sent to Google to generate suggestions.

If you prefer not to be tracked by Google, you can decline optional cookies, use Google's ads settings, or browse with a stricter browser configuration — the listing information itself remains available.

06Third-party processing

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: our hosting and database providers, an email delivery provider for notifications and password resets, and Google for sign-in (if you choose "Continue with Google") and maps as described above. These processors only receive the data needed to perform their function.

07Data retention and security

Inquiries, viewing requests, and contact messages are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep an accurate record of our correspondence. Account data is retained while your account is active. We store passwords hashed, protect sessions with security headers, and limit administrative access by role. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we design the platform so that data is only accessible to the people who need it.

08Your rights and choices

Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate details — most profile fields are editable in your workspace.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time via "Cookie preferences".

To exercise any of these rights, email info@edyhillzrealestate.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

09Children

The service is intended for adults exploring property decisions. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect information from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
